Founder Alex Romero has successfully closed complex deals nationwide by consistently finding a way where others cannot. This problem solving mindset and commitment to results are why so much of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Prior to launching LoanLab in 2025, Alex built a successful career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, serving as a Vice President of Wealth Management Lending, where he worked with affluent families across the country to deliver sophisticated lending strategies.
Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver the best loan solutions for residential and commercial purchases, refinancing, home equity, and construction loans. Serving a diverse client base throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, we view every client as an opportunity to build a lifelong relationship grounded in trust and performance.
